Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Waka Kotahi has one of the largest Contact Centres in the Manawatu and our purpose is to provide excellent customer service to the public of Aotearoa and make it easy for our customers to do the right thing.
Our Customer Service Representatives work on rostered and rotating 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday between 7:45am-6pm. Rostered shifts are scheduled 3 weeks in advance so you can plan and ensure a good work life balance.
In the Customer Services group, we contribute to a fair and firm regulatory system by sharing our expertise with the public of Aotearoa, helping everyone access our motor vehicle and driver licensing systems - always with a strong focus on reducing risk and preventing harm for all road-users.
