In this role you will be responsible for leading and delivering our digital strategy and content management, including web and social media. You will develop and manage a range of tools, platforms and processes, so that we can reach, engage with, and listen to people across the city and region.
Anticipating and planning for the evolving digital needs of our projects, our programme, and the community (including those we have not yet reached), you'll keep us ahead of the evolving digital game, intimately connected with our many audiences, and ensuring our community gets the informaiton it needs. You'll plan for and provide online support for our community consultations, and provide outstanding digital advice for our communications, engagement, and project teams
About you | Ko koe tēnei
To succeed in this role you'll bring experience in managing digital communication and engagement channels including the development of web and social media strategies. You'll be analytical; using customer insights to drive our ongoing digital communications. You'll have used SilverStripe CMS, Consultation Manager, Campaign Monitor, Social Pinpoint, Survey Monkey or similar platforms and will be adept at creating or editing photos, video, graphics and/or other multimedia applications, and managing webinar and/or podcast production.
