You need to be available to commence the role on Monday 12 July 2021 with 3 weeks of full-time training.
As one of the largest contact centres in the Manawatu, we work with customers from all over the country. You'll work in rostered and rotating 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday between 7:45am-6pm,
You also have the option to request a set shift of Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6pm.
Rostered shifts are scheduled 3 weeks in advance so you can balance your work and home life.
In Customer Services, we contribute to a fair and firm regulatory system by sharing our expertise with the public of Aotearoa, helping everyone access our motor vehicle and driver licensing systems – always with a strong focus on reducing risk and preventing harm for all road-users.
