The purpose of the role is to provide timely, accurate and effective Administration support to Senior Managers within a business group, by ensuring the smooth running of those areas in an efficient and organised manner.
This is a busy and varied role where you will perform many support functions, a background in as an administrator is preferred. You will ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes by being efficient, well organised and operating in a professional and confidential manner.
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Administrator to join our professional and committed team.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience working in an administration role
- A collaborative working style and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Savvy with Microsoft Team, Outlook, Excel and Word
- A strong customer focus and demonstrated initiative
- A high level of agility along with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, multi-task and meet tight time frames
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in official correspondence is desirable
