As the Executive Assistant you will provide professional, timely and accurate executive level support. In this busy role you will be instrumental in ensuring that the General Manager of our growing Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Group is in the right place at the right time!
This is a varied role and a great opportunity to work with senior level stakeholders, as well as using your initiative to prioritise and identify areas where efficiency could be improved.
We are seeking an EA who is proactive, responsive and able to multi-task and keep up changes. You will be valued for your pragmatic and collaborative approach, your sense of humour and great interpersonal skills.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience providing high level support to a GM
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A track record in providing exceptional day-to-day administrative support including diary management, minute taking and coordination of meetings and travel
- A confident, open and honest approach
- Advanced administration and Microsoft office skills
- Ability to maintain discretion, work to tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy
