Reporting to the Practice Manager, Training, you will be responsible for developing the capability of our Wellington Traffic Operations Centre employees to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and ability to be customer focused and develop high performing teams.
As our Senior WTOC Trainer, you will design, develop and maintain training materials and resources and proactively keep in touch with new products, policies and technology developments to ensure changes are incorporated into training materials and programmes.
We are a diverse team, so it is essential that you are a people-centric person with sound interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport and positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated ability in facilitating learning in both group and one on one environments
- Previous experience in delivering training in systems, processes and technical operations
- Experience of Training Needs Analysis, training design and blended learning
- Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and application
- Effective communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
- Strong coaching skills and experience
